Please read these terms carefully before using the 365bdt platform. All rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments and responsible gaming are described in detail here.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 365bdt ("Platform", "we") and the registered user of the platform ("you", "member"). General Terms

Account Registration
To create an account on 365bdt, a member must meet the following requirements.
2.1 Age Requirement
Only persons aged 21 or above may open an account on 365bdt. You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and their deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Person
A maximum of one account is allowed per person, household or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
Members must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration. 365bdt reserves the right to close any account created with false information. Users may be asked to submit documents for identity verification if required.

Account Security
It is the member's own responsibility to ensure the security of their account. The member is fully responsible for using a strong password and keeping login credentials confidential.
3.1 Confidentiality of Login Credentials
Sharing your username and password with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 365bdt support team immediately via live chat.
3.2 Liability for Unauthorised Use
You are responsible for all activities that occur on your account. If you cannot prove that your account was used without authorisation, you will bear all consequences of those activities.

Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions are processed securely. Please read the limits and conditions below carefully.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly
- Use the correct reference number when making a deposit
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Standard processing time: within 1 hour

4.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Account balance, bonuses and winnings are all displayed in Taka.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Various bonuses and promotional offers from 365bdt are provided subject to specific conditions. Accepting a bonus means accepting the specific terms attached to that bonus.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus before you can withdraw it. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳12,000 before withdrawing.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically
- A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once
- If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled
- 365bdt reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time
- A maximum win limit on bonus play may be stated in the terms of a specific promotion
5.4 VIP Program
The 365bdt VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Members can advance to higher tiers through regular activity. Each tier comes with additional benefits and special offers.
Gaming Rules
All games on 365bdt are operated according to specific rules. It is your responsibility to read the individual rules of each game carefully before playing.
6.1 Fair Play
All games on 365bdt are conducted fairly and impartially. We use software from certified game providers to ensure fair play. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error produces an abnormal result, 365bdt reserves the right to void the bet and refund the deposited amount. 365bdt is not liable for losses caused by disconnection.
6.3 Sports Betting
For cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), boxing and other sports betting, the stake will be refunded if an event is cancelled. Odds offered during live betting are subject to change, and the decision to accept or reject them is at the discretion of 365bdt.
6.4 Maximum Payout Limits
Maximum payout limits may apply to a single bet or session. These limits apply to specific games or categories and may change from time to time. Contact us via live chat for more details.
Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 365bdt platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture.
- Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
- Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage from bonuses or promotional offers
- Using any kind of bot, automated software or technical exploit
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage and failing to report them
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account
- Using fraudulent payment methods or initiating chargebacks
- Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity
- Facilitating or encouraging minors to engage in gaming
Account Suspension and Closure
365bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances.
8.1 Grounds for Suspension
- Violation of any clause of these Terms
- Failure to complete identity verification or failure to submit required documents
- Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity
- As directed by a court or regulatory authority
- No account activity for an extended period (generally more than 12 months)
8.2 Account Closure by Member
You may also request to close your account at any time. In this case, contact the support team via live chat or email. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed; however, this may not apply to accounts closed due to a breach of terms.
Responsible Gaming
365bdt believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — it is not a means of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.
9.1 Setting Limits
Members can set their own deposit limits, bet limits or session time limits. These limits can be set through the support team. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit is subject to a specified waiting period.
9.2 Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming addiction is having a negative impact on your life, you may apply for self-exclusion. While self-exclusion is active, it will not be possible to access the account under any circumstances during the specified period.
9.3 Protection of Minors
If minors also have access to your device, always log out and keep the device secured with a PIN or password. Using parental control software is recommended.

If you have a complaint, first contact our support team via live chat or email. Describe the complaint clearly and attach any necessary screenshots or evidence. We will try to respond to your complaint within a reasonable time.
11.2 Final Decision
365bdt's decision on game results or technical matters will be considered final, unless there is clear evidence of a technical error. In the case of financial disputes, transaction records will be treated as final proof.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
365bdt reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We will try to notify members through the platform before changes take effect.
12.1 Notice of Changes
For important changes, 365bdt will notify members via email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
12.2 Applicability of Previous Terms
For transactions and bets that occurred before the updated terms and conditions came into effect, the terms applicable at that time will remain in force.
